          My  Own Financial Consultant  is a collection  of commonly needed
          financial  programs including amortization charts, loan analysis,
          simple and  compound interest  calculations, days  between dates,
          and internal  rate of return.   Req.  min 512k 1  drive, mono  or
          color.

          To install the program on a hard disk type;

          INSTALL       PRESS ENTER

          The system will install itself on drive C:  in a directory called
          \MOFC.  To start the program, type;

          CD\MOFC       PRESS ENTER

          MENU          PRESS ENTER

          There is a manual on the disk which you can print out.

          To print the manual; TYPE

          COPY MANUAL.TXT >PRN        PRESS ENTER

          You can view the manual on the screen by typing;

          VIEW MANUAL.TXT

          Registered users  will receive  a printed version  of the  manual
          along with the most recent changes.

          Also included in MOFC are programs for comparing various mortgage
          rates and  amounts, viewing amortization  schedules, and printing
          amortization schedules for giving to your clients.
